The Finance Fund Ecosystem is advancing four major modernization initiatives as well as key strategic initiatives across the front, middle, and back office. To enhance transparency and mitigate risk, an integrated plan is needed to align key milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements across the division.
To improve visibility and alignment, the Integration Team will provide structured program oversight while promoting independent execution across teams while tracking risks and cross-dependences through a common framework.
Our primary objectives are to effectively manage dependencies between modernization efforts and stakeholder requirements, increase transparency and integration across all programs, and closely oversee risks to ensure that modernization does not disrupt business stability. By defining and implementing robust cross-program governance and a stakeholder model, we foster trust and alignment among both internal and external partners through clear, proactive communication.
