Satair, an Airbus Services Company, is seeking an enthusiastic Business Product Owner/Project Manager to join our global Transformation, Process & Performance Management team within Customer Resolution Services (CRS). This is a unique opportunity to lead critical projects that simplify and transform our operational customer communication processes.
Your Role: Drive Transformation and Own the Customer Communication Experience
As a key member of the Customer Products and Communication team, you will be responsible for the customer products handled by CRS. Your primary focus will be on the evolution and transformation of our customer communication processes deployed in our ticketing system (Freshdesk) for CRS and Satair, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Deploy: Champion and roll out transformation projects to boost customer value creation and internal efficiency.
Process Evolution and Transformation: Work from a business perspective to transform and evolve key communication processes, prioritizing the customer first.
Stakeholder Management: Ensure smooth communication and alignment with all product and project stakeholders across global regions, including external customers.
E2E Process Efficiency: Drive change and promote an End-to-End (E2E) mindset to minimize communication as a process variance.
You will work with a diverse, international team of project managers, product support managers and process and performance managers across Hamburg, Singapore, and Herndon, and will closely coordinate with data analysts and automation managers.
This role requires travel up to 20%.
We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in a Business Owner/Product Owner and/or Project Manager role.
Background in customer service organizations desirable.
A digital mindset to enable and support Satair’s digital growth.
A strong capability to drive change and communicate effectively in complex, international environments.
Excellent stakeholder management skills across all hierarchical levels with great communication skills in English..
