Join us as a Business Process Transformation Specialist and help shape the future of NN.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving how we work every day by identifying, redesigning, and optimizing processes across the company. You’ll collaborate with teams, analyze workflows, and bring smart solutions to life using data, technology, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Improve end‑to‑end business processes by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for simplification (ex: mapping workflows, redesigning approval flows, reducing manual handovers).
• Collaborate across teams—from IT to Finance—to ensure process enhancements are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable impact.
• Lead change management initiatives, guiding teams through new ways of working, offering support, and ensuring adoption sticks.
• Develop and track KPIs & performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and optimize further whenever needed.
• Identify and introduce technology or automation opportunities that help the organization work faster, better, and more efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, operations optimization, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to identify inefficiencies and build practical, effective solutions.
• Data‑driven mindset—comfortable analyzing metrics and making decisions based on insights.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Tech‑savviness and interest in automation or digital tools.
• Communicates with clarity, empathy, and impact.
• Thrives in collaborative environments and lifts others up.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes action.

The monthly salary range for the role is between 11,873 and 20,354 RON gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
