The opportunity:
As a Business Process Specialist, you will be part of Indian Operation Center, India (INOPC-PG), aiming to develop a global value chain, where key business activities, resources and expertise are shared across geographic boundaries to optimize value for HE customers across markets. It provides high quality engineering and commissioning support to Business Units and Center of Excellence across the Hitachi Energy world. This is an important step from HE's Global Footprint strategy.
How you’ll make an impact:
Show and tell quality and aftersales end to end process to end users. Report incident, follow up the resolution ensuring corrective and preventive actions.
Follow up hand over meeting of incidents from L2 to L3. Preventing the creation of User Story for system issues and preventing new requests that are not aligned with process definition.
Extension and maintenance of SAP QM Power BI. Support in the documentation of Quality Management (QM) process.
Maintenance of SAP QM module including inspection plans, quality notifications, certificates, and control keys.
Integrate QM with other relevant modules (MM, PP) and systems (ECS, SFDC). Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP QM solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, ensuring minimal downtime.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical or similar discipline. At least 2-6 years of related work experience. Prior experience working in SAP QM.
Certification on SAP QM is desirable to have. Working experience with Power BI and connecting data from SAP into Power BI dashboards.
Knowledge or understanding of quality principles like ISO 9001, Six sigma. Ability to collaborate ećectively across R&D, IT, production, and business teams from dićerent cultural and geographical backgrounds.
Clear technical communication and comprehensive documentation skills. Proactive problem-solving and process optimization approach.
Strong analytical thinking and systematic troubleshooting abilities. Capability to formalize operational knowledge and transfer expertise to team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Tasks and time self management.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
