The Opportunity
We are looking for a Local Business Process Owner (LBPO) to play a key role in the business process redesign for the Power Transformers factory in Ludvika following our migration to SAP S4/HANA. This role is crucial for ensuring a structured, long-term transformation of business processes, focusing on process improvement and establishing a sustainable support structure. You will be driving to ensure efficiency and optimizing system usage, working closely with end users and various stakeholders to implement global standards and support SAP upgrades.
How you'll make an impact
- Collaborate closely with end users to understand their challenges and optimize system usage.
- Drive process improvements based on a structured roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that enhance efficiency.
- Implement global standards and drive system improvements in collaboration with the regional center of excellence for business processes and SAP.
- Prepare and manage User Acceptance Testing (UATs) for SAP upgrades.
- Ensure timely and clear communication across the organization regarding SAP-related changes.
- Monitor organizational pulse, identify concerns, and develop action plans to address them.
- Develop and oversee training programs, including e-learnings and in-person sessions.
- Support the creation and maintenance of SAP process documentation and internal work instructions.
Your Background
- Experience in business process management, preferable experience with SAP S4/HANA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Proactive with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives.
- Positive approach, seeing opportunities and challenges rather than problems.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
