How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Production Process Manager's mission is to make sure our production processes run as well as they can. They will analyze, design, and improve how we make products. This is key to making sure our production is efficient, scalable, and meets our company goals. The goal is to improve productivity, quality, and profitability. We want to build a culture of constant improvement using data and technology to create simple and effective workflows.
Process Analysis & Design:
● Look at how we currently make things, find what's not working, and figure out how to do it better.
● Design, document, and formalize Fundamentals/ SGE process Standards and define respective KPI.
● Implement new or revised business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, IT) to ensure process integration and alignment with company goals.
Continuous Improvement & Optimization:
● Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics to track the effectiveness of implemented changes.
● Conduct regular process audits (SCOR - mySGe) to ensure compliance with SGE standards and identify further optimization opportunities. Set and execute prioritized action plans with sites. Collaboration and Training:
● Work with people across different teams to make sure everyone is on board with process changes.
● Create training and lead workshops to help employees learn new processes.
Technology & Systems:
● Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, or systems (e.g., MES, ERP modules, automation tools) to support process automation and improvement.
● Act as a key liaison between the production team and the IT department for system implementations and upgrades. Documentation & Governance:
● Create and maintain a comprehensive library of process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
● Establish and enforce process governance frameworks to ensure consistency
