We are currently looking for a Business Process Manager (d/f/m) to join our team "Master Data Governance Processes and Performance" in Hamburg (City Nord).

Act as a Process Owner Delegate (POD) for Satair’s Master Data & SAP Authorisation Management processes.
Responsible for modelling, documenting, analysing, communicating & training on the Master Data Management process in Satair’s Company Management System (CMS)
Responsible for process alignment, between Satair’s CMS & Airbus Business Management System(BMS) and respective documentation of interfaces and delegations
Supporting and managing process transformation projects (e.g. MMIP, ERP MDM & MDG)
Collaborating in process discovery and design workshops
Establishing & controlling Process Performance Indicators (e.g. adherence, efficiency)
Monitoring process performance & find opportunities to improve the process
Identifying & incorporating requirements applicable to processes in scope and ensure compliance
Validation of IT change requests affecting Master Data Management scope (creation, maintenance and use of Master Data)
Creation and follow up of IT Change Requests
Translating business requirements into technical specifications & validate developments via User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
Working closely with Process Owner, other Delegates & orchestrate Specialists community sharing updates, issues & best practice
This role requires business travel (occasional) within Europe, and you must be able to travel accordingly.
Equipped with professional experience, ideally as a Business Process Manager (d/f/m) (or a comparable role), we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills, and mindset:
Experience in business process modeling tools (e.g., Symbio, PLCM)
Agile / Scrum knowledge and ways of working
Knowledge of master data management & governance principles
Technical skills in translating business requirements into technical specifications
Proficiency in standard tools, such as SAP, Google Workspace mandatory for the job
High Customer orientation and responsiveness
Very good in building and managing business relationships
Happy to work in a diverse team environment
English language skills at negotiation level
