Key Job Responsibilities
Strategic BPMS Implementation & Governance
In close collaboration with the ALign Program, drive the technical design and implementation of the governance for processes published in the BPMS
Support the GQMS Manager in liaising with AL Group Corporate, ensuring E&C's BPMS technical strategy and tool usage are aligned with corporate standards
Architect and establish the complete process modeling framework, related interfaces, and validation workflows using SAP Signavio Process Governance; leverage process mining to develop KPIs and prepare efficiency reports for analysis by senior management.
Drive the technical integration of all Global Quality Management System processes into the BPMS, ensuring a single source of truth
Act as the primary technical contact for the BPMS, collaborating with IT to implement system architecture, manage tools, and support the maintenance strategy.
Process Architecture & Innovation
Contribute to the design and piloting of automated process modeling and optimization tools leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies
Guide Business Process Owners in the technical design and optimization of their process maps, review of the consistency of data across processes
Develop and implement supporting methods, KPIs, and tools for advanced BPMS management and action tracking for BPOs
Provide technical analysis of process performance monitoring, identify optimization opportunities, and prepare for future integrations, such as connecting to SAP 4/Hana via the Process Intelligence function
Community Animation & Change Management
Support the BPO Community of Practice by contributing to workshops on BPMS and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure enterprise-wide adoption and engagement.
Develop and deliver expert-level training for all BPMS users, from modelers to senior stakeholders
In close collaboration with the GQMS Manager, ensure all changes are governed, traced, and effectively communicated across the organization.
Support Global Quality Assurance Community of Practice
Actively participate in and contribute to the Quality Assurance Community of Practice
In support of Global Quality Assurance Operations, develop and communicate monthly Quality One-Pagers to share recent events and successes across the organization.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Data Analytics, Computer Science)
Internal applicants: 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, IT Systems, Data Management, or Process Management roles with demonstrated functional coordination.
External applicants: 2+ years of experience in hands-on BPMS architecture and management, with deep expertise in BPMN 2.0 format and tools like SAP Signavio.
Proven ability to act as a strategic "translator" between business and IT departments, effectively bridging the gap to reduce inconsistencies and accelerate adoption.
Proficiency in scripting languages and data formats (e.g., XML, JavaScript) to automate and streamline modeling and governance tasks.
Knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to guide senior managers and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for process analysis, documentation generation, and identifying optimization opportunities.
