Business Process Architect – SSAM Implementation

In this position as a Business Process Architect you will bring your engineering expertise to support the implementation of the Nexus project. Your inputs will have a key impact on how the final solution will look like, we expect you to contribute your maintenance and engineering process knowledge on the validation, testing and calibration aspects. You will be collaborating with our vendors to design the process as our requirements.

What you will do:

  • Provide oversight in the design, testing, and documentation of maintenance and engineering processes in S/4HANA
  • Support in the design, testing, and documentation of SAP Asset Manager integrated with S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with field maintenance operations.
  • Ensure testing and documentation of instrument calibration processes using CMX, integrated with S/4HANA, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing and validation of maintenance and engineering processes, including work order execution, material usage, and time confirmation.
  • Contribute to change management activities by updating process documentation, SOPs, and user guides related to new systems and workflows.
  • Co-develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users, ensuring effective onboarding and adoption of new tools and processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA PM module and mobile solutions (SAP Asset Manager). Technical IT SAP / SSAM / CMX knowledge is a plus.
  • Prior involvement in system testing, validation, or training delivery would be an advantage.
  • Excellent Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex processes clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and support organizational change initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken; knowledge of German language is a plus, but not essential.
