This role will follow a hybrid work arrangement with up to 20% Home Office, 80% in Production facility; Antalya – Turkey; L’Abresle – France
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility as System- or Application-owner for quality/laboratory-related systems like Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and logistics-related systems like material flow system (MFS) or automated guided vehicles (AGV) used in our production plants across EMEA-region.
- Implementation, validation and control of IT requirements and processes in our laboratories, manufacturing environment
- Optimal IT-technical implementation of the processes (support of the business and interface between business and IT).
- Continuous improvement as well as site-wide harmonization and standardization of production steering processes and procedures (consulting & support of departments and local process owners).
- Project Management in an international environment, mainly for our plants in Germany and France but also for other international plants in EMEA-region.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Diploma or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Proficiency in English is required; local language is desirable
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Information Technology and/or Business Process Management; experience in Project Management is a plus
- Ideally, knowledge of processes and applications in manufacturing environments, such as Historian, MES, LIMS, Plant Maintenance, within a validated/regulated (medical) setting
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- General understanding of databases, host virtualization, operating systems, IT security, data integrity, and data protection
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- High analytical competence with excellent skills in systematic problem-solving strategies
- Precise results orientation and a proactive approach to change
- A high degree of independence, efficiency, and ability to work effectively in a global team
