Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tool & Process lead to oversee the entire product life cycle management process, including new product development. You will define process capabilities and tools strategy through strategic partnerships with businesses and work with process and tools teams to deliver the roadmap. You will work in hybrid model with office in Katowice. You will report directly to the Director, Business Process and Tools.
Your Responsibilities:
- Define process capabilities and tools strategy through strategic partnerships with businesses.
- Capture and synthesize inputs and needs, select the best solutions to meet those needs, and facilitate alignment to high-impact priorities.
- Build an execution plan to manage transformation and drive stakeholder alignment to implement and integrate solutions.
- Evolve process improvements with key metrics to drive transformation.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Experience in managing large-scale transformation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role..
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in tools integration, including Jama, Jira, Windchill, SAP, and Jira Align.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience with cloud-based tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations such as IEC62443 and SOC2
- Understanding of development methodologies like waterfall and agile
