Job Description
As Global Shared Services team member you will handle daily operational tasks and support us with achieving Goals and report and implement Continuous Improvement ideas.
You will report to Team Leader - ISC Global Shared Services
Your Responsibilities:
- Order Management (Product Order Entry / Modification)
- The accountability over multiple Customer Care and supply chain processes
- Ensure high quality of existing processes
- Resolve issues related to handled processes
- Making sure the process instructions are updated and accurate
- Customer Focus: Assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Communicate with internal and external partners
- Address business issues in appropriate manner
- Responsibility for delivering process innovations and continuous improvement projects/ideas
- Participate in projects
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor degree in relevant University course
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Very good skill in English (B2)
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Sense of the urgency of tasks and can prioritize the tasks accordingly
- Continuous improvement mindset: focused on implementing process improvements
- Familiarity with the project management methodology (LSS, PRINCE2 )
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (including Macros),
- Experience in SAP, Oracle Right Now and Power Automate will be an asset
