Business Process Analyst, Onboarding (Getting started)

Headquarters Full time

About the role

We are looking for a structured and driven Business Process Analyst to join our Getting Started team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and improving our onboarding processes, ensuring that new clients experience a smooth, compliant, and efficient start to their journey with us.

You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, translating insights into tangible process improvements. If you enjoy analysing complex workflows, collaborating across departments, and driving change from idea to implementation, this role offers both impact and growth.

While the position may occasionally involve travel, your primary workplace will be at HQ, where you will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple functions.

What you’ll be working on

As a Business Process Analyst in Getting Started, you will be responsible for improving and evolving onboarding processes through data-driven decision‑making and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of onboarding and client lifecycle processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement

  • Translating insights into clear recommendations and solution proposals that balance business needs, client experience, and regulatory requirements

  • Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements and user stories, working closely with Product Owners and technical teams to support feature development and launches

  • Supporting change initiatives by preparing change risk assessments, defining mitigation plans, and ensuring actions are implemented and formally signed off by relevant stakeholders

  • Acting as a proactive liaison between teams such as Product, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Non‑Financial Risk, and Technology, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout change initiatives

  • Contributing to continuous improvement by refining documentation, process flows, KPIs, and onboarding standards

Your profile

You are a self‑driven and analytical professional who enjoys taking ownership and seeing improvements through from analysis to execution. You are comfortable navigating complexity and working with multiple stakeholders to find practical, well‑considered solutions.

We expect that you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in Data Science, IT Application Development, Business, or a related field

  • Have experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role focused on business process improvement and cross‑functional delivery

  • Possess strong analytical and data skills, with hands‑on experience using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI

  • Are confident in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication, tailoring messages to both technical and non‑technical audiences

  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple initiatives while maintaining structure, attention to detail, and prioritisation

  • Take pride in delivering high‑quality work on time, while contributing positively to team collaboration, learning, and a sense of shared ownership

  • Bring curiosity, enthusiasm, and a sense of humour to your work, helping build a supportive and engaged team culture.

Why join us?

  • A high‑impact role where your work directly improves client and business outcomes

  • Close collaboration with diverse teams across Product, Compliance, Risk, and Technology

  • A culture that values ownership, learning, and continuous improvement

  • Opportunities to develop your analytical, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills

  • A collaborative and supportive team environment based at HQ
