Job Title: Business Process Analyst – Data Management

Position Summary

Summary:
The Business Process Analyst for the Data Management department leads unique, often temporary initiatives, managing scheduling, administrative tasks, cross-functional communication, and progress tracking. This role combines project coordination with process optimization responsibilities —evaluating products, systems, and workflows to ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying defects, and driving continuous improvement. Key functions include analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, mapping workflows, gathering data, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions and new technologies. The analyst will conduct process audits, develop documentation, train staff, and monitor performance metrics to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. A background in a monitoring center to understand workflows, ATM functionality, fault mapping, agent struggles and reporting would be a plus.
