Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Manufacturing & Safety – MES Development & Support organization is looking for a Business Process Analyst Manager to join our Legacy MES Support & Configuration team in Everett, WA or Renton, WA location. This exciting opportunity will provide critical support and configuration management for our current Manufacturing (CMES and Velocity) systems to enable factory production.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage team of Business Process Analysts and SME’s within Manufacturing Operations.

  • Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels of the business for support activities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

  • Provide status and resolution visibility for high-profile issues to relevant stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, and IT.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex issues with limited information in a timely manner.

  • Consult the business on current MES capabilities and policies to manage data access/integration requests.

  • Develop, integrate, standardize, govern, and enhance information sharing and reports.

  • Collaborate with peers across Legacy MES Development, Quality and IT to develop and document business requirements for system enhancements and configuration changes.

  • Contribute to Legacy MES release activities including testing, documentation, communication, training development and post-release support.

This position is full-time, 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with MES support

  • Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results and standardization

  • Must have demonstrated management or leadership skills (i.e. leading people, problem solving teams, projects, current or previous team lead experience)

  • Understanding of the systems supporting the manufacturing process (Lean Manufacturing Principles, One BPS, ERP, Supplier Scheduling, etc.)

  • Must have flexibility to work alternative shifts as well as occasional weekend support may be necessary on release weekends or during critical support events

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Post-Secondary education

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering or IT

  • Experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership

  • Experience developing and executing project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals

Summary pay range (Level K) $118,000 - $128,500
