Northrop Grumman Space Sector Commercial Resupply Services Program (CRS) Business Management team is seeking a Business Process Analyst – Level 4 to be the program’s Tools, Systems, and Applications SME. This individual will ensure that program control tools and processes are compliant and streamlined for a multi-project program, and will be responsible for data integration and data validation across systems within the program. This position will be located in McLean VA. May consider a remote working scenario for this role.

- Completing requirements in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
- Knowledgeable about constraints associated with compliance, reporting requirements, upstream/downstream systems.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Accountable for systems and tools data integrity/integration.
- Reviewing current processes and procedures, and providing recommendations for streamlining and operational efficiency
- Training program team members on Business Management tools and processes
- Troubleshooting system issues and supporting harmonization.
- Applying knowledge of the DCMA data-driven Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) compliance process and current policy.
- Interfacing with the program to provide program control support and analysis
- Maintaining consistent communication with Business Management, Program Management & CAM teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Related field with 8+ years of EVMS experience - OR - a Master's degree with 6+ years of EVMS experience.
- Proficiency of the following systems or software: Deltek Cobra or similar project management software, Microsoft Project, Cost Point or SAP Management Project Systems Modules, and Data Visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in the application of Earned Value Management (EVM) processes within an EIA-748 compliant management control system.
- Experience in participating in aspects of scope management and work authorization, program scheduling processes and analysis, baseline change management, and variance analysis and reporting.
- Experience with internal surveillance processes and practices, DCMA surveillance, or other joint customer/contractor surveillance processes.
- Experience in tool training and process improvement.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to program control tools, data imports, and reporting
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience assisting teams with cost and schedule integration, baseline management, and performance reporting.
- Experience in maintaining documentation for system configurations, workflows, and creating guides and templates.
- Aerospace or defense industry experience.
Primary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $193,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
