As Business Process Analyst, you will develop and support processes and solutions in S/4HANA and related systems. You’ll collaborate with technology teams to understand needs and deliver business value, while managing data, standard work, and information for deployments. The role involves coordinating across teams and may include responsibilities as a project manager, business analyst, technical lead, or individual contributor.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as a primary Advanced Manufacturing focal for S4 HANA programs, ensuring alignment between the Business Units throughout the project

  • Partner with DT and Central Ops to ensure effective requirements flow-down and strong producibility, testability, and manufacturability

  • Provide consultation to users regarding processes and procedures and to ensure business is getting efficiencies out of the system.

  • Ensures correct business functionality, requirements, and industry standards are addressed within the applications.

  • Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the system

  • Understands the role of the system in the big picture and provides ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the system.

  • You will build effective relationships with business units to develop a “joint” vision. Acts as a liaison with DT and/or outside vendors as appropriate in support of the system.

  • Works together with DT Developers and the DT Project Management Team to ensure business needs have been met.

  • Respond to questions and assist with current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs. Conducts research and analysis into the nature, effect and results of system problems.

  • Help develop detailed business requirements, system documentation, and workflow procedures to support the project(s).

  • Provide updates regarding the status and activities being performed by the project group.

  • Meet regularly with members of the team to ensure that any new enhancements made to the system are coordinated for consistency.

  • Needs to be able to communicate well with nontechnical business users at any level or location

  • Strong people skills, business skills and SAP skills are crucial for success

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

  • A minimum of 4+ years of manufacturing experience

  • A minimum of 3+ years of SAP knowledge, including end-user support

  • 2-3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Demonstrates ability to perform job responsibilities independently without routine supervision.

  • Experience collaborating across functional teams in a robust matrixed environment

  • Experience is system deployments and support

  • Experience with RTX’s Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) operating system

  • Demonstrates willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 25% as required.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
