 This position reports to Business Practice Associate Director.

 

Main roles & responsibilities include

 

  • Support the Business Practices Manager in daily activities related to implementing corporate frameworks and local regulation within local business organizations.

  • Contribute to ensuring internal standards are properly established and consistently applied across the organization.

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks related to business practices.

  • Design and implement processes and procedures aligned with regulations and internal policies, always promoting simplification, automation, and innovative solutions that facilitate business operations.

  • Prepare and deliver training sessions on ethical topics and responsible business practices.

  • Act as a business partner for teams requiring guidance on standards and responsible practices.

  • Provide support in managing internal processes such as Due Diligence, Patient Programs,  and other key workflows.

  • Apply appropriate methodologies to minimize, monitor, and control risks.

  • Support internal audits and/or external inspections

 

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Postgraduate studies preferred (MBA related with Pharmaceutical industry or Compliance Certification)  
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Compliance roles within the healthcare sector, or in Project Management of complex initiatives related to commercial areas in the same industry.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across varied teams.

  • Strong influencing skills and proactivity, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and responsible business conduct.

  • Awareness of rules, legal requirements, and industry codes relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical companies’ infrastructure and processes, enabling effective navigation and support across the organization.

  • Familiarity with guidelines related to business practices and data protection legislation, ensuring alignment with internal and external expectations.
