As the Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) Core Lead, you will not only shape financial decisions but inspire teams to deliver excellence. Acting as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, you’ll translate strategy into actionable plans, guide resource allocation, and influence outcomes that drive sustainable growth. In this hybrid role, you’ll coach and develop a small team of specialists, foster collaboration across functions, and champion a culture of continuous improvement—ensuring our organization moves with clarity, agility, and confidence.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) strategic goals into actionable plans for assigned business area
- Deliver accurate, timely analysis for monthly reviews and ad‑hoc management requests
- Evaluate risks and opportunities; recommend mitigation strategies to leadership
- Provide financial analysis and decision support for investments and projects
- Monitor business performance and trigger early warnings for resource reallocation
- Drive forecast accuracy improvements and ensure integrity of commercial data
- Streamline reporting processes and implement lean practices for efficiency
Key Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese
- Strong storytelling and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to lead indirectly and influence across functions
- Expertise in financial management and performance analysis
- Solid experience in operations management and execution
- Previous experience in People Management
