Job Summary
• This role is responsible for analyzing and enhancing digital content quality, using advanced expertise to audit and improve content based on insights and data. The role also involves negotiating and implementing content deals, conducting tests and experiments for content optimization, staying updated on content marketing trends, and developing KPIs and framework for performance measurement. Additionally, the role manages content flow, ensures legal compliance, and fosters productive relationships while providing mentorship to lower-level employees.

Responsibilities
• Analyzes the use of digital content and design and takes steps as necessary and affordable to improve content quality, including architecture, messaging, and design.
• Applies advanced subject matter expertise to gather and use insights, data, persona, and customer journey to audit existing content and fill gaps.
• Exercises independent judgment to negotiate, manage and implement syndicated content deals with second party and key industry organizations.
• Conducts A/B tests, focus groups surveys etc. and experiments to optimize content elements, such as headlines, visuals, for better conversion rates.
• Monitors content marketing trends and emerging technologies to keep the company's content strategy fresh and innovative.
• Develops KPI analysis to assess content performance measurement framework.
• Manages design and execution of initiative flow to map out an overview of how the content flows across the total initiative, including nurture tools and initiatives.
• Ensures that all content complies with legal and regulatory requirements, such as copyright and privacy laws.
• Develops and builds productive internal-external working relationships and participates in providing mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in persona, customer journey and editorial content development, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
