We are seeking a culture-orientated Business Performance Analyst to join our Family and Disability Services (FADS) team. This role provides critical financial performance analysis and business insight to operational teams and supports the Senior Manager, Finance and Business Partnering.
Please note, this position is Full Time Permanent. Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you, too - this role supports hybrid working by agreement.
Your part in our UnitingCare team:
Provide sound commercial and operational advice to support decision-making.
Support with Acquittals, Projects, Tenders and Business Cases
Prepare monthly performance reports and maintain financial/non-financial models.
Support cyclical planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Analyse past performance and forecast future results to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop strategies to improve financial and operational performance.
Partner with operational teams to build capability in financial performance monitoring.
Support internal audits and compliance requirements.
Identify efficiencies, emerging trends, and income opportunities.
Participate in projects including process analysis and operational improvements.
What makes a difference for us?

Nationally Coordinated Police Check
Right to Work in Australia
Insolvency Check
Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
CA/CPA qualified
Expertise in performance analysis, financial modelling, and strategic improvement
Advanced Excel and strong tech skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Experience in dynamic, change-driven environments
Knowledge of sector frameworks and compliance
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Prophix, and Power BI (desirable)
Strong skills and experience in Microsoft Excel
