Job Description – Cash Management

Summary:

Responsibility of a cash manager includes handling cash management operations, reviewing and implementing improvement & efficiency  in forecasting & responsible to drive CRA field operations as per SLA

Duties / Responsibility

• Keeping check and control on Cash Logistics cost & optimizing it by Planning and operational efficiency to meet organizational goals.
• Should be able to handle large team sizes
• Managing customer expectations and SLA
• Fair knowledge of Cash reconciliation process and inputs
• Must be of aware of regulatory guidelines by authorities
• Capabilities to adopt frequent changes in scope and delivery as per business & customer requirement

Citifications’ & Skills

• Must have Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
• Certification in Finance & accounting
• Must possess exceptional communications skills as he deals with people from the top management, clients, customers, and staff. He/she must be analytical, professional and organized.
• Should know how to work independently and as part of a team.
• They must have excellent mathematical skills.

Expected to work in different time zones & ability to identify opportunity and risk to communicate with top management and clients.
