The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an experienced, senior, or expert Business Operations Specialist to join the 767 Business Operations Team in Everett, Washington.
In this high visibility role, successful candidates will assist in driving business planning and decision making, operations, and business insights up and down the BCA value stream. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with senior executives and learn the BCA business from the inside out.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires effective communication, influence, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
Position Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights: Assist in providing timely data analysis and business insights to support the organization's decision-making processes
Understand basic requirements for reports and dashboards and collaborate with appropriate focals/teams
Business Performance: Track performance to plan, and provide regular updates on the status, trends, risks, and opportunities to the organization's leaders
Create or collaborate to develop tools to support
Integration and collaboration: Ensure integration across programs/functions and the enterprise on management system and integration requirements and key initiatives
Facilitate data sharing, collaboration, and communication between different teams and departments to promote alignment and synergy
Flexible and nimble on short notice – based on current business environment
Project Management: Develop, coordinate and integrate projects to achieve desired outcome
Create schedules and communicate plans regularly throughout the lifecycle of the project
System review and updates: Periodic reviews of the management system to ensure it effectively meets the needs of the business
Proactively anticipate evolving needs/changes in the business and identify areas for improvement, gather feedback from users, and implement updates and enhancements as needed
Ensure management system processes are documented & updates as needed
Planning/Program Directives: Manage and/or participate in directives including integration of support functions, establishing ground rules and assumptions, managing action plan, and execution of approved plans
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Program Management
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
8+ years of relevant work experience (Level 4)
12+ years of relevant work experience (Level 5)
Managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
Experience with RIO, Work Statement Management and Safety Management Systems

Summary pay range:
Experience (Level 3): $95,700 - $111,860
Senior (Level 4): $118-320 - $140,060
Expert (Level 5): $145,290 - $172,960
