Key Role:
Manage all aspects of vendor scheduling, including configuring the online scheduling tool, conducting stakeholder outreach, preparing read-ahead materials, and formatting Microsoft Teams invitations. Utilize AI tools to create pre- and post-meeting materials, including Snapshots and After-Action Recap Reports. Review vendor capability submissions and assign the appropriate Subject Matter Experts. Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators, while conducting basic data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for process improvements. Manage the group email inbox and deliver concierge-level service by promptly addressing stakeholder inquiries and requests. Support market research initiatives by developing Requests for Information (RFIs) and executing targeted outreach efforts to maximize stakeholder visibility. Organize and maintain file repositories, ensuring information accuracy and up-to-date documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting project operations
Experience in utilizing basic AI tools to enhance efficiency and expedite the delivery of client deliverables
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 Teams
Ability to build and maintain client relationships while collaborating across cross-functional teams
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including technical experts
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to accommodate tight deadlines and quick turnarounds
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience supporting DoD operational staff
Knowledge of government contracts, policies, and government acquisition processes
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
