What you’ll achieve

As a Business Operations Leader, you will be part of our highly successful ANZ Regional Operations team, utilising your skills in Administrative Operations to support our solutions in hospitals and the ANZ healthcare environment.

You will:

As a Business Operations Leader, you and your team will be responsible for coordinating and managing SMA project administration activities from inception to completion, Contract database administration, Project financial reporting and monitoring along with Sales Administration

  • Manage end-to-end commercial operations cadence, including scheduling and tracking key business process milestones.
  • Oversee billing and invoicing activities for SMA projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage and maintain the contracts database
  • Internal and External Project financial reporting and monitoring
  • Coordinate with finance and sales teams to align project administration with broader business operations.
  • Support compliance and audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation of commercial transactions.
  • Assist in forecasting and reporting related to revenue recognition and operational performance.

Essential Requirements

  • Update and maintain the SMA project database in the company IT system on a timely basis, based on information received from project managers and client partners.
  • Co-ordinate and initiate SMA Project billing
  • Help prepare budgets and oversee project procurement management.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants internal and external.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service Management and project management modules
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) and project management software.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
