About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Operations Intern to work across multiple teams at Employee Navigator including sales, marketing and partnerships. This internship will provide you with the ability to work across multiple departments from helping our partnerships team conduct customer research, planning customer events with marketing, or completing data analysis on sales activity. In short, you’ll do actual exciting work and will learn a ton at a fast growing software company.


What You Will Do 

  • Conduct customer research to help our teams identify product or operations issues
  • Compile and organize findings in graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagrams
  • Document, report, and present research findings to managers
  • Work with multiple teams on various 1-off projects including customer documentation and data cleanup 
  • Help plan our annual users conference in Washington DC with 1,000+ of our customers
  • Participate in prospective customers sales calls
