Business Operations Intern 

 

Role summary - As a Business Operations Intern in the CN & APAC Enterprise team, you will support Enterprise commercial operations and strategic initiatives in CN and APAC regions.

What you’ll do:

  • Support team performance tracking, including KPI monitoring, reporting, and insights generation
  • Extract, organize, and analyze data to support business analysis and identify key issues or opportunities
  • Assist in building dashboards, reports, and business review materials
  • Work closely with team members to support deep-dive analysis on business performance and strategic topics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing) to follow up on internal projects and ensure smooth execution
  • Help streamline internal processes and improve reporting efficiency
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and operational tasks as needed

Who you are:

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student (Business, Economics, Data, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in an international environment
  • Basic data analysis skills (Excel required; SQL / BI tools are a plus)
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability; comfortable working with data
  • Good communication and coordination skills; able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible team player
  • Experience in student organizations, projects, or leadership roles is a plus
