The Opportunity
As part of the Risk and Compliance team, you will support the Corporate Finance function by managing essential administrative tasks and maintaining compliance with internal protocols. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of our operations. This role offers a unique chance to enhance your personal brand and technical knowledge while contributing to the overall success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Manage essential administrative functions within the Corporate Finance team
- Verify adherence to internal compliance protocols and standards
- Analyze intricate issues and propose viable solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members in their development
- Cultivate substantial relationships with clients to enhance service delivery
- Navigate operational complexities to support team objectives
- Contribute to the enhancement of personal branding and technical skills
- Assist in the overall success of the firm through collaborative efforts
What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of experience

- Proven experience in managing executive support tasks
- Demonstrating proficiency in compliance and onboarding processes
- Excelling in managing employee data and records
- Utilizing Salesforce for accurate data retrieval
- Managing marketing branding and deck updates
- Creating and maintaining expense review reports
- Supporting accounts payable and invoicing processes
- Managing offsite record retention processes
- Familiarity with technology management and support

The salary range for this position is: $70,700 - $127,300. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
