What You'll Be Doing:
- Product Line Support: Learn and understand multiple product lines to support data management efforts related to products, assets, subscriptions, and contracts/agreements.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure complete and accurate data management, including performing data entry tasks as needed.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and determine the root causes of issues and prioritize tasks to resolve them efficiently. Create and submit new policies or standards for ensuring appropriate data entry, usage and controls.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with business users, customers, and technical resources.
Maintain Item Specifications for Supplier Products:
- Verify and validate product details with suppliers to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Data Mapping:
- Ensure accurate mapping of data fields across various databases and spreadsheets, maintaining data integrity.
- Regularly audit and cross-reference data to ensure consistency and reliability across all data sets.
- Identify opportunities to improve data mapping processes and implement best practices.
Maintain Partner/End User Asset & Contract Information:
- Ensure that the data is current and accurately reflects the available specifications. Use internal systems and supplier systems to identify accurate information to update any missing or incorrect data. Update the asset records as required.
- Investigate and determine the root causes of asset and contract discrepancies, implementing corrective measures to rectify issues.
- Resolve issues related to supplier data feed file fallouts, ensuring smooth data integration and minimal disruption.
- Validate data files provided by partners with the suppliers and process the data file integration into Arrow’s system.
Process Customer and Internal User Requests for Data Changes
- Review and take necessary actions on requests routed through the Arrow ECS Partner Portal (ArrowSphere) and internal case management system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
What We Are Looking For:
- +2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing massive data.
- Experience managing cases and solving tickets for multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel, managing massive data, using pivot tables, VLOOKUP and other advanced functions.
The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Optional)
- Experience in data management or a related field.
- Familiarity with categorizing items into technology buckets (Business Applications, Compute, Data Intelligence, Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Storage), sub-technologies, and product subtypes (HW, SW, asset, component, etc.).

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$24,808.33 - $28,333.33 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
