This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Join our Global Trade Compliance Operations Team (COT) as a Screening Analyst, ensuring HPE transactions comply with international trade regulations. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role focused on screening activities for portals and maintaining compliance with global laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen HPE Transactions and Business Partners against the Restricted Party Lists (RPL), Non-Proliferation Screening (NPS), and U.S. Export License requirements.

  • Analyze compliance hits and determine next steps for approval or escalation.

  • Collaborate with global peers across AMS, EMEA and APJ time zones for timely resolution.

  • Provide proactive screening and reporting.

  • Support process improvements and performance metrics reviews.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • 2 - 4 years in supply chain or compliance related roles.

  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and global trade laws.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and varied schedules.
