About you Education and qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational degree
- Good in data analysis, reporting, and basic financial management to support business objectives.
- Ability to document processes and assist in operational improvement initiatives.
- Work with cross‑functional teams and support departmental goals.
What will you be doing in this role:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to business operations, providing insights to support decision-making and process improvements, including financial management activities.
- Prepare reports on operational performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information for internal stakeholders.
- Support the development and documentation of business processes and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with operational goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and assist in the implementation of process improvements.
- Contribute to tracking and monitoring the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that metrics are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support for ad-hoc operational projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve departmental efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for improving business operations processes and supporting ongoing initiatives.
