Lead and manage CE-I2 key events and operational meetings to achieve business goals
Lead the standardization of license-to-operate activities and operational routines to enable execution excellence
Integrate resources, develop innovative meeting models, and enhance communication efficiency,to ensure enhance operational excellence capabilities

Lead
Deliver cycle meeting, annual meeting, BTP and RTP meetings to enable CE-I2’s WBO and strategic priorities and elevate employee engagement
Organize monthly operational meetings to timely address business needs
Collaborate with the Business Pipelines Project Management Manager to deliver timely, insightful, and integrated execution of CE-I2 strategic initiatives, including tracking business performance, identifying business opportunities, and assessing associated risks.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements with cross-functions (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Legal & Compliance, Comms, P&C, EME, IT etc.)
Develop standardized process, guidance and clear roles & responsibilities with regards to license-to-operate activities (e.g., legal & compliance requirements) and operational routines (e.g., OPEX disciplines)
Develop and/or leverage communication and training platforms to pull through above and monitor the execution excellence
Develop efficient working models and sharing platforms with franchise counterparts to collaboratively elevate operational excellence capabilities
Collaborate with taskforce to disseminate best practices of commercial innovations
Support
Smoothly and easily CE-I2 communication mechanisms through close collaborations with franchise and cross-functions
Proactively contribute to CE-I2 People Strategy initiatives in collaborations with POs and Taskforce Leaders
Proactively contribute to CE-I2 Leadership Development initiatives in collaborations with P&C, RCA and P&OG
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
Master’s degree or above in pharmacy or medicine
Project management and/or cross-TA operation management experience is preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
