Job Details

  • Responsible for assigned Indian region goals and objectives
  • Monitor business forecasts, financial objectives, Branch operational activities and business plans.
  • Actively engagement on the areas of yearly planning and annual budget for the Indian region.
  • All tasks are completed in a correct, timely, rapid and cost-efficient manner.
  • Check on the Turnover goal of the assigned Indian region/Branches are achieved or possible exceeded.
  • The cost-budget as well as the given operational and scheduled tasks are adhered to
  • The image and the name recognition of the corporation is strengthened in the country or region, and that the corporation acquired new customers.
  • Promptly react to customer demands/ complaints in an effective manner.
  • The quality of the operational processes is secured, and that corporate management is informed about possible deficiencies as well as potential solutions.
  • The initiative and the collaboration of the co-workers is encouraged and made usable for the corporation
  • To ensure the office is comprised of adequately qualified and motivated co-workers.
  • Country Manager is always informed of the status of current projects as well as unusual occurrences.
  • Country Manager is immediately informed of any critical deviation from the assigned tasks or obligations.
  • Undertake long term planning of personnel development
  • Realize goals and the yearly plan. All steps are taken to achieve the prescribed goals.
  • Monitoring all staff training & development.
  • Motivate staff to increase productivity which in turn will help reach the overall corporate goal.
  • Responsibility for oversee the day-to-day logistic Operation, customer service, training, coaching development and motivation of employees of the region including QA related activities and administration activities of the branch.
  • Collaboration with Billing team/sales team ensuring Jobs are billed, invoicing is done and ensuring any coordination required for payment collection on the invoices.
  • Preparation of monthly management reports and weekly updates
  • Submission of regular reporting to Country Manager as and when required.
  • Ensure adherence to the company’s quality procedures.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
  • Collaborate with functions in the country to achieve goals and support required.
  • Responsible for resource management and planning
  • Perform related tasks as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field. Knowledge in the logistics and pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Relevant direct pharmaceutical industry experience in transport logistics.
  • At least 5 years leadership experience and proven track record in achieving company objectives and goals

Country Manager

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, situational leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
