Are you ready to work at the heart of ING Netherlands? As Business Manager to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving execution, and ensuring smooth operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad insight across ING Netherlands and influence key decisions at the highest level.

The team
You will report directly to the CEO ING Netherlands and work closely with the PA to the CEO, members of the Executive Committee, their Business Managers, and colleagues across ING Netherlands and ING Group. Collaboration and organizational sensitivity are essential as you act as a trusted advisor and linking pin between stakeholders.

Roles and responsibilities
As Business Manager to the CEO ING Netherlands, you will:

  • Support and advise on the day-to-day operations of the CEO, including preparation for meetings with internal and external stakeholders such as supervisors, works council, and MBB/SB

  • Manage the functioning of the Executive Committee ING Netherlands as board secretary, including agenda preparation, recording and follow-up of decisions, and continuous improvement of processes

  • Lead project management for high-impact projects relevant to the CEO, with scope depending on your knowledge, skills, and interests

  • A Master’s degree and ample relevant working experience

  • Excellent language skills in English
