About ING Analytics
ING Analytics aims, by using data & AI, at differentiating ING as a leader in a data-driven organization, within the banking sector and beyond. The team consists of delivery tribes focused on the bank’s key domains (such as Operations, Retail Banking, Wholesale banking, etc.), local country analytics teams, as well as strong support areas around data management, technology, customer journey, UX, and an analytics office in charge of strategy, partnerships, portfolio and business development that you will be part of.

Business Manager
We are looking for a committed, ambitious and delivery-oriented Business Manager to support ING Analytics realize its strategic ambitions.
As Business Manager you report to Chief Analytics Officer. Key responsibilities include:
Act as sparring partner and soundboard to the Chief Analytics Officer and proactively support and advise the CAO in the performance of day-to-day activities to enable focus, prioritization, effective decision making and drive results
Represent the ING Analytics in meetings or larger projects
Prepare communications and presentations for various key stakeholders, including conferences, panels, presentations
Responsible for managing stakeholders across the organization and beyond, from data management to group strategy. This involves assessing the impact of those topics on stakeholders and determining required actions, as well as suggesting and implementing improvements to processes between departments
In time, the Business Manager will run its own projects in the bank, topics include but not limited to strategy advice, organization design and effectiveness, financial planning
Prepare the management team meetings, responsible for agenda input, drafting minutes, setting up and monitoring action plans
Coordinate and organize management team offsites
Suggesting and implementing improvements to processes and ways of working, acting as a linking pin with other departments
You are the point of contact for a range of topics and determine their impact on stakeholders and the action to be taken
About you
An excellent communicator and creative in engaging varied audiences effectively and know how to generate inspiring communiques, presentations and short and snappy briefings and reports in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Candidate Profile
3-5 year work experience in an international setting working, preferably including senior stakeholders management experience; previous experience of working in a consulting/financial services environment is preferred
Master degree will be considered a plus (preferably in engineering, business administration, finance or similar field)
Solid understanding of project/ programme management; proven track record of leading project in a complex organization is a plus.
