About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead the delivery of security services across a portfolio of clients in NSW.
In this role, you will oversee operational performance, strengthen client relationships, and lead a large workforce to deliver exceptional service outcomes. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while identifying opportunities to grow and enhance service delivery.
Success in this role will come from your ability to balance people leadership, client engagement, and commercial outcomes.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Lead the operational delivery of security services across a diverse client portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Manage, coach, and develop a large multi-site workforce
Identify and support revenue growth opportunities within existing client relationships
Assist with new business opportunities and client acquisition
Ensure compliance with contracts, service standards, and operational requirements
About you
You are an experienced operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring the best out of teams while maintaining strong client relationships. What we are looking
Experience managing multi-site operations and large teams
Previous experience within the security industry or similar service environment
Demonstrated business development capability
Experience managing Industrial Relations matters and relevant Awards/Agreements
Strong experience managing client contracts, service delivery, and/or tender processes
Have a NSW Security License or be willing to obtain after commencing
Willing to undergo a National Police check and other pre-employment checks
