About the Position:
The Managed Services business management team is looking for a talented business manager. As the WW managed services business manager, this person will coordinate the planning for contractual PC business (MDS) and contractual Poly business (MCS), will drive actions to meet the financial target of the E2E organization and will actively identify operational savings opportunities to optimize cost. As such she/he will be instrumental to continuously improve the MS profitability, driving on-going transformational initiatives to improve the cost structure and the operational effectiveness. . Continuous and meticulous monitoring of operational efficiency and quality measures will allow to unlock new savings opportunities to drive MDS & MCS towards best-in-class cost structure.
The contractual business being a mix of various business and delivery models, she/he will have to develop a deep understanding of the cost structure and the various cost drivers to act on them.
This person will partner with multiple teams at WW level – finance, CS delivery functions, HPS market category, GBU – to come up with an end-to-end understanding of the business performance, articulating a crisp and clear story allowing decision making and leading cross functional WW programs. She/he will coordinate all cross regional programs with support of the regional business managers. She/he will interface with executives regularly to ensure alignment and fast decision making.

Key Responsibilities
Lead WW level managed services planning activities for contractual PC and contractual Poly (flash, budget, LTP) with finance, CS delivery functions, CSO
Manage the WW contractual PC product line to optimize cost and to attain financial goals
Understand the cost structure, the cost drivers, and regional differences – drive alignment, when possible, based on best practices
Drive cost efficiency programs, contribute to transformational projects ensuring E2E coherence
Monitor operational efficiency and identify areas of improvement
Smooth the implementation of a new standardized budget process
Drive in a self-starter mode any relevant cost and operational business analysis
Be the liaison between WW and regional functions, between GBU/WW market and delivery functions
SPOC for finance
Lead any WW cross functional cost or operational enhancement program
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
Master level economics or engineering level, MBA preferred.
10+ years of business management, Contractual experience, category, business and/or P&L management.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Business & P&L management : understand the P&L logic from top to bottom line, articulate how an operational performance or a customer SLA impacts profitability, propose E2E choice point to improve profitability (balancing impact on customer SLA, operations and cost)
Planning skills : proven skills to build short to long term forecast based on in depth actual performance understanding and well thought business trends and transformations
Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading cross-function teams by influence, with the ability to collaborate and effectively represent your team at executive levels.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business management processes, metrics, and operational frameworks. Experience in driving business reviews and stakeholder engagements.
Services/Support knowledge : services/deals business experience, understanding the support and service cost structure
Analytical Mindset: Ability to drive data-driven decisions, defining metrics for efficient business operations
