We're pleased to offer the opportunity for a proven Business Manager to bring their expertise in the fleet / lease / commercial markets to our incredible B2B team.
You'll be the primary contact for your relevant key accounts, with responsibility for developing the relationship between those businesses and Autoglass®, and growing the profitability of those accounts through increasing take-up rates (TUR) and price/margin.
Key Responsibilities:
To grow TUR by working with Autoglass® Operations and/or other areas of the business as necessary to improve service performance or by influencing the key accounts to reduce leakage to alternative service providers.
To help identify and prospect for key account new business opportunities.
To work closely with key accounts to identify additional strategic initiatives in order to strengthen the relationship as well as providing potential new revenue streams.
To manage the annual (or other) price negotiations so as to grow the margin profitability of the key accounts.
To actively seek out and identify new business opportunities and to support the organisation in trying to secure them.
To implement and manage account specific action plans to deliver against TUR/Profitability.
To hold regular account reviews with key contacts within the account, with clear objectives and monitoring tools.
To provide a link between Autoglass® support functions and the key accounts to ensure that the debt levels are kept to a minimum.
To provide regular reports for key accounts be they weekly, monthly or quarterly, and to follow up with exception or other reporting needs.
To be available to respond to queries from key accounts in a timely and professional manner whenever they may arise.
To fully understand the strategy, goals and drivers of the key accounts and to work collaboratively with other areas of the business to ensure that Autoglass® are able to swiftly react and exploit opportunities that arise.
To provide support and assistance to other Key Account Business Managers during tender processes or annual negotiations and to provide cover during periods of leave.
To work closely with the other members of the Sales Team to develop and implement initiatives and strategies for the key accounts.
Leading audits for key accounts over which this role has responsibility, working closely with the client partner and internal teams to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Performance Measures:
Key account performance in terms of price, margin and TUR
Supporting the delivery of the overall Autoglass ® Commercial Team strategy and commercial objectives
New business activity
Strength of key account relationships
Contribution to the business as measured by 360˚ feedback
Key Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in fleet/lease/commercial markets and proven ability of driving results.
Self-motivated, driven and hard-working, with the ability to organise your own workload to achieve personal effectiveness on a daily basis.
Builds strong, credible relationships.
