Responsibilities - your mission:
Airframe Services (SR) is a Business Line within Airbus Customer Services (S), with a focus on chargeable optional modifications and embodiment services for in-service aircraft
As the jobholder, you will join the Lifecycle and Fleet Technical management programme team (SRA) in the Airframe Services organization. You will assist in managing the business and financial performance of the business unit.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage Programme Operating Plan, forecast, updates with key stakeholders
Contribute to budget & costs management at Programme level and provide support to Programme for detailed cost tracking where required. The job holder is the Programme focal point to Finance for all financial controlling activities
Programme resource planning and management to support the business plan and growth. Manage and update the Programme resource assessments workload/workforce.
Pilot Improvement projects in the Programme organization. where necessary lead specific projects that typically require transversal coordination across internal organization
Set-up, maintain and coordinate the Programme governance (in particular the monthly Project review)
Manage Risks & Opportunities: Prepare Quarterly R&O session (collect, analyze and consolidate inputs) and update Airbus risk database (ARM).
Measure business performance via collection, consolidation and synthesis of performance indicators.
Manage performance through facilitating stakeholder exchange on performance data, root cause analysis, and recommendations in order to enable decision making.
Identify / define improvement projects to reach targeted performance.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Curious, adaptive, team player and open-minded as you will interact with many stakeholders
a Financial Analyst with SAP knowledge and skills
Master degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics or any related fields
Verbal and written communication skills in English at a negotiation level is a must
Ability to synthesize key points and create leadership presentation supports
Reliable and accurate, high level standard of expectations
Awareness of the aviation environment and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) positioning is desirable
