About the Role

Overall responsibility on coordinating the planning process and the Quarterly Forecast cycles.
Evaluating new business development opportunities for organic and inorganic growth including new DPP platforms, bancassurance and others.
Leading / supporting specific initiaitives to improve business efficiency, reduce costs and transformation initiatives

Functional Responsibilities

  • Develop the 3-year business plan (of the BU) in line with Group guidelines, liaising with the respective functions of the business

  • Monitor business performance, analysing key business metrics and key financial metrics

  • Prepare regular forecasts to project business performance and trending, liaising with the respective functions of the business

  • Analyse internal business and financial metrics to support strategy formulation and management decision making

  • Carry out environmental scan pertaining to the economy, consumers, industry and competitors to support strategy formulation and management decision making   

  • Operate the Project Management Office of the CEO’s Office, to provide governance oversight to key projects and initiatives

  • Work independently or cross functionally to identify, liase and cultivate organic and inorganic growth opportunities including analysis and set up for DPP platforms, potential acquisition targets, potential bancassurance partnerships and others or similar nature.
