The Seller Engagement Digital, Insights and Events team is seeking a Project Associate II to support our efforts to use data to guide our strategic direction, increase visibility, and drive adoption of our products, technology, and offerings among stakeholders in the mortgage ecosystem. In this role, you will leverage your business management skills to help Seller Engagement align our efforts with broader business objectives, drive performance, and optimize results. You will play a key role in shaping our digital future and ensuring that we meet our customers where they are, delivering a high-quality, personalized digital experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Coordination/ Management
Support projects for the Seller Engagement Digital, Insights, and Events team from initiation through execution, delivery, and evaluation.
Evaluate incoming requests for the Digital, Insights, and Events team, strategically assign tasks to team members based on capacity and skillsets, and maintain balanced workloads to maximize team productivity.
Monitor and track project execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain project timelines.
Facilitate communication between the Digital, Insights, and Events team and stakeholders to align objectives, share updates, and resolve issues.
Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and business initiatives, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion.
Support the post-project review process, measuring project outcomes against objectives, collecting stakeholder feedback, and documenting best practices for future projects.
Digital Support
Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, collaborating with marketing teams and tracking campaign effectiveness.
Support SEO/AEO strategies and other web initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
1–3 years of experience in business management, project coordination, or marketing (mortgage industry experience a plus).
Highly organized and experienced in managing multiple ongoing projects while effectively navigating and balancing competing priorities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience creating prompts for AI and language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Anthropic).
Experience with digital marketing projects and channels (web, email, and social media).
Experience with project management tools and CRMs (Wrike and Salesforce preferred).
Proven ability to interface between business, sales, marketing, communications, and technology teams.
Highly communicative and collaborative.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and supporting multiple stakeholders.
Relationship builder inside and outside of the immediate team.
Proactive; able to take initiative in seeking out work and driving projects forward.
Ability to quickly learn the nuances of the mortgage industry and Freddie Mac’s business operations.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $62,000 - $94,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
