Lead the national sales team for critical care to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead critical care business strategy, spearhead revenue growth and market share expansion through strategic regional planning.

Additionally, establish CRRT business footprint, formulation of business strategy, driving revenue and market share goals through regional planning initiatives, team establishment and promotional campaigns.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement area/regional strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for critical care business (CRRT and Heart & Lung)
- Conduct thorough business planning to assess revenue potential within identified business opportunities in critical care
- Analyze and review market responses, providing insights to the sales team for effective decision-making.
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and develop strategies to achieve market share metrics.

- Formulate and execute strategies to explore and expand into untapped market segments.
