Business Lead Analyst

For this role within Citi Wealth, Investment Solutions, Citi Investment Management (CIM), the key responsibilities of this global role are the following:

• Oversee all aspects of CIM business management related to the daily operating platform and environment. Key functions articulated below:
• Oversee daily operational workflows, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Analyze data processing issues to implement and improve resiliency of the application supported.
• End-to-end oversight of error management processes, including ensuring timely remediation, appropriate documentation and escalation, and implementing preventative measures.
• End-to-end oversight of vendors/systems, including BAO, expense/invoice processing and validation, and vendor exit strategy
• Report, document, and present matters to relevant global governance forums. Business lead in organizing and facilitating CIM governance forums.
• CIM lead in assessing client complaints, identifying emerging concerns and initiating corrective actions where needed.
• CIM lead in MCA control management and efforts to improve control health and remediations.
• CIM lead in issues and corrective action plans management and delivery.
• Project management of select business change initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years experience.
• must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
• Ability to prioritise is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once.
• Must work well under pressure whilst, enthusiastic, hard-working and positive
• Desire to improve processes
• Advanced working knowledge in the Equities IT space and exposure to Cash Prime Brokerage flows.
• Track record as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
• Ability to quickly grasp and understand new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
• Experience of working with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
• Team player and relationship management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design
• Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the SDLC.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

$142 320,00 - $213 480,00
