Your Team
The Process and Program Management Office drives key operational capabilities across Invesco’s pan‑regional Marketing organization. As part of the Strategic Delivery team, we provide leadership and governance for priority initiatives while overseeing the production and distribution of regulatory and marketing materials. Our team focuses on management of the promotional program, print and fulfillment operations, and regulatory collateral, along with project management support for product launches and changes, and other cross‑functional initiatives. We partner closely with Marketing and business stakeholders to ensure efficient execution, strengthen operational consistency, and deliver high‑quality services that enable the organization’s strategic objectives.
Your Role
• Monitor/update project trackers to ensure visibility of upcoming product launches and changes and project status.
• Provide support on program management project initiatives.
• Take detailed meeting notes and track action items for follow-up.
• Assist with Teams site maintenance, including tidying up folders and archiving outdated materials.
• Review process documentation for accuracy and update as applicable.
• Assist with testing and user support for web hosting services vendor change.
• QC and rename regulatory PDFs in preparation for print/mail.
• Check web links for updated regulatory documents.
• Archive outdated regulatory documents.
• Audit regulatory materials in fulfillment vendor. Identify missing documents.
• Pull backup for regulatory invoices.
• Assist with maintaining invoice trackers, including research. Flag missing vendor invoices or delayed payments.
• Rename factsheets and upload to FGS fulfillment vendor.
• Review and recommend method to automate file renaming process to build efficiency.
• Provide ad-hoc support for the team.
Experience You Bring
· Interest in marketing operations, with curiosity to learn marketing processes & tools.
· Strong organizational skills, especially for updating documentation and tracking tasks.
· Attention to detail for maintaining accurate reports and documentation.
· Basic technical aptitude (MS Office proficiency, experience writing macros in Excel preferred)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to ask questions, relate, connect the dots, and see the big picture.
· Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
· Excellent stakeholder management skills to support cross-functional initiatives.
· Ability to work in an agile, test-and-learn, and iterative environment.
· Team player mindset, open to learning and contributing proactively.
Academic requirements
· 70% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th , UG course and post graduate.
