The Business Intelligence and Survey Analyst is responsible for university-wide survey administration and collaborates closely with the Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness to design and maintain high-impact data visualization tools. This role leads survey strategy development, partners with academic and administrative stakeholders, and leverages advanced Power BI skills to deliver dashboards that inform strategic decisions. This position plays a pivotal role in advancing a data-informed institutional culture aligned with university priorities and evolving needs.TYPE OF SUPERVISION:

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Machines, Tools, Equipment, Electronic Devices and Software: Personal computer and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including word, excel, and outlook. SQL databases, Power Bi, Adobe Acrobat Professional, third-party survey tools, Banner, Argos.
This position is a remote position located in the United States.
Eligible remote locations in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
The hiring range for this position is $59,500-$81,800 annually. Offers are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographical location, knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
Unless otherwise indicated, work hours are based on Pacific Time (PST).
