 Business Intelligence and RPA Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and acceptance criteria, anticipate future business needs, and identify opportunities for technology-driven solutions that enhance and streamline processes

Business Intelligence

  • Data Collection: Design and develop applications to collect, cleanse and transforms diverse datasets into actionable insights to drive structured data drive communication.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Design, develop and deploy Business Intelligence solutions, using Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence tools, Snowflake, SAP Hana / Business Objects, Power BI and Tableau.
  • Data Modeling and Governance: Provide expert guidance on data modeling and data management practices to ensure accuracy, scalability, and consistency.
  • Develop and implement business processes that strengthen data quality, optimize efficiency across data modeling and management workflows, and ensure full compliance with governance standards.
  • Administration and Training: Configure and administer deployed workspaces and published apps, including managing structure, roles, and access permissions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and create user-guide documentation.

Robotics Process Automation:

  • Business Process Understanding: Identify and analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and create Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that align with organizational goals to reduce manual effort.
  • Solution Development and Governance: Design, develop and deploy robust RPA solutions using platform like UiPath RPA, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere etc., ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while optimizing performance.
  • Maintain and monitor RPA solution performance for data quality and compliance with governance standards.
  • Continuous Improvement and Training: Identify areas of improvements in existing automation solution to align with business needs and staying updated with RPA trends.
  • Provide training and support to the teams leverage RPA tool and create user-guidance.
