Atlanta, Georgia, United States Full Time

At PrizePicks, we are the fastest-growing sports company in North America, as recognized by Inc. 5000. As the leading platform for Daily Fantasy Sports, we cover a diverse range of sports leagues, including the NFL, NBA, and Esports titles like League of Legends and Counter-Strike. Our team of over 550 employees thrives in an inclusive culture that values individuals from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their level of sports fandom. Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together?

Ready to use data to change the game? Join us at PrizePicks and help millions of sports fans get a faster, smarter product. This paid internship in Atlanta (Hybrid) is your chance to follow a Business Intelligence track for the strategic thinkers who use data to inform business-wide decisions and do work that directly impacts a real-world product. You'll move beyond dashboards to drive strategy, inform decisions, and help shape the future of sports.

What you’ll do:

  • Support Strategic Decisions: Contribute to analytics projects that help inform key business decisions.
  • Improve & Document Core Datasets: Help enhance datasets to improve usability and support more detailed analysis and reporting.
  • Develop Core Reports: Build, document, and maintain easy-to-use, insightful dashboards and re-usable analyses.
  • Support Stakeholders: Partner with stakeholders to help address data, knowledge, and process gaps. Answer ad-hoc data questions with clear, reliable information.
  • Build Domain Knowledge: Develop a working knowledge of our data, users, and stakeholder priorities.

What you have:

We’re looking for a sharp, driven student ready to contribute. You're a great fit if you have:

  • Analytics Background: Foundational technical experience with SQL, data visualization (e.g. Tableau), and Excel formulas.
  • Critical thinking: You can understand how data points interact with each other and build together like puzzle pieces to tell a full story.
  • Industry Familiarity: A genuine interest in sports, gaming, or prediction markets. You understand the fundamentals well enough that you won't need a crash course on how the games work.
  • A Project to Show Off: Something you can walk us through, whether it’s from a class, a personal GitHub project, or a Kaggle competition.
  • Team Player: Organized, reliable, curious, professional, communicative, and growth-oriented.
  • Excellent Communication: You can explain complex concepts clearly and work well within a team. Plus, you have a passion for sports!

Bonus:

  • Experience playing or optimizing play at a competitive level within sports, DFS, or other games.
  • Personal data or analysis projects related to sports, gaming, trading, pricing, DFS, or finance.
  • Knowledge or experience with Python, R, or other programming languages.

What you'll learn:

This internship is designed for serious growth. You’ll get a masterclass in:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: How product teams use more than just dashboards to make critical trade-offs.
  • Trustworthy Analysis: How to craft reliable analyses that provide data-driven insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.
  • Meaningful Metrics: How to design metrics that are actually useful and keep them accurate over time.
  • Industry Dynamics: How the daily fantasy sports & prediction markets landscape, including regulations, shapes product and data strategy.

What we are looking for:

  • Student Profile: This internship is for students entering their senior year in Fall 2026 (December 2026 graduation preferred), Master's students, or recent graduates (within one semester of graduation). Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Majors: We’re open to a wide range of majors like Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business, and Computer Science, but the most important thing is your passion for data and a project to show for it.
