- How you’ll make an impact:
- Conduct in-depth analytics and data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights within service operations.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboard development and data visualization, to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Perform comprehensive business requirements analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications for reporting and analytical tools.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present findings in a clear and impactful manner.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from various databases.
- Design and implement data modeling solutions to ensure data integrity and accessibility for analytical purposes.
- Lead or participate in initiatives to champion data-driven approaches and improvements across the organization.
The must haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in analytics and data analysis, with a strong ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, including dashboard development and data visualization.
- Expertise in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in business requirements analysis, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles and practices.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI for advanced reporting and analytics.
- Exceptional attention to detail in data accuracy and report generation.
- Proven ability in report writing for various business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated potential or experience in business leadership activities.
