What you’ll do as a Professional, Business Intelligenc

You’ll turn raw data into trusted, decision‑ready insights. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to understand business objectives, then design, build, and continually enhance analytics assets—dashboards, self‑service reports, and data models—that clarify performance and reveal opportunities. You’ll write and optimize SQL to source data from warehouses or lakes, uphold data quality across sources, and document definitions and methods so results are transparent and repeatable. You’ll also dig into ad‑hoc analyses that inform strategic bets and day‑to‑day operational decisions across our global business.

What you bring to the role

• Analytical craftsmanship: Experience analyzing large datasets to spot trends, patterns, and actionable insights; strength in storytelling with data for non‑technical audiences.
• Tools that scale: Proficiency with Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, data cleaning), plus experience with Power BI and/or Qlik is helpful.
• Data fluency: Ability to write and tune SQL for data extraction and transformation from data warehouses or data lakes; familiarity with data quality practices and documentation.
• Agile mindset: Comfortable working within Agile ways of working, iterating quickly with stakeholders to land outcomes.
• Core competencies to excel here: customer focus, drives results, builds networks, and situational adaptability.
