Job Summary

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - 37.5 Hours Per Week (Hybrid)

Location: 40 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7AW

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

What are we looking for?

The Data and Analytics (D&A) team in Cleveland Clinic London is a centre of excellence (hub) providing the following capabilities to our caregivers: foster an analytics culture, data management, enterprise reporting & analytics, enterprise data warehouse and enterprise tooling adoption& deployment.

The BI Analyst will support the Senior BI Analyst with our analytics portfolio including metric development, dashboard development/maintenance and advanced analytics workstreams involving R/Python. Additionally, the BI Analyst will be embedded within the Commercial Division, where the Data and Analytics team resides, and will take on responsibilities such as market modelling and forecasting.

What will your duties include?

  • Support the Senior BI Analyst in the following BI disciplines – data mining, reporting and dashboard development/visualisations. 
  • Synthesising clinical, financial, business and operational data into meaningful information.
  • Supporting our analytics community in building analytics and reporting capabilities for their teams.
  • Supporting database developers on building and report – writing metrics, strategic KPIs and ad-hoc requests.
  • Evolve to lead on presentations to senior stakeholders on BI projects you will be responsible for.

What we need from you?

  • Experience of building dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tool.
  • Ability to understand and write T-SQL.
  • Ability to present analysis retrospective and future forecasting accurately to internal and external teams.
  • Demonstrable previous experience working in a BI/data science environment
  • Healthcare/commercial experience. (Desirable)
  • Fundamental understanding of data warehousing/data architecture concepts.
